Promoting the Welfare and Development of the Children of Pittsburgh Since 1992
The Women’s Board of Pittsburgh has hosted an annual fundraiser benefiting local child-centered non-profits since 1992. Through the years, we’ve raised over $1.4 million dollars for these organizations – and counting.
Our 2023 “Springtime in Paris” event raised $83,000 for the following wonderful nonprofits - - EVO - EARTHEN VESSEL OUTREACH who provides before school, after school and summer camps for economically disadvantaged children, FOSTER LOVE PROJECT who runs a "shopping center" to provide free goods for foster children and their families, JOY RIDERS to purchase a bike for physically and mentally disabled children, and the WILL ALLEN FOUNDATION's Quest for Success Program.
Does your 501(C) 3 organization strive to improve the lives of children from the Pittsburgh area? Inquire about our grant process.
The students of The Neighborhood Academy, one of our 2021 beneficiaries, collaborated with Pittsburgh artist Cody Sabol to say thank you and to paint a picture of what “Safe Haven” means to them.
Whether you’re wondering about our annual event or interested in learning more about becoming a member, we’d be happy to answer any questions you have.
